		 We have recently changed are booking 
		procedure, please read the information below carefully before completing 
		the form. 
		If you wish to use our buildings for a commercial purpose or on a 
		recurring basis please complete the form below, private/domestic use 
		should use the form found here.  
		If you are not sure which form to complete please
		contact us and we will advise you. 
		 
		Once your form has been submitted we will look at your booking such as 
		date, time and planned use.  We will then get in touch to inform if 
		your booking has been successful or not, please allow at least 48 hours 
		for a reply. 
		 
		Please 
		note that we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking at short 
		notice due to church events such as funerals. 
		We will do our best 
		to keep your booking but will inform you as soon as possible if there 
		are any changes required. 
		 
		The charges for using our facilities are £10 per hour, subject to a 
		maximum daily fee of £50.  The fee is reduced to £5 per hour for 
		groups of 10 or less.   
		The Kirk Session, as Trustees, reserve the 
		right to waive any fee at their discretion (e.g. such as for charitable 
		use).
