We have recently changed are booking
procedure, please read the information below carefully before completing
the form.
If you wish to use our buildings for a
private or domestic purpose please complete the form below, commercial
or recurring use should use the form found here.
If you are not sure which form to complete please
contact us and we will advise you..
Once your form has been submitted we will look at your booking
such as date, time and planned use. We will then get in touch to
inform if your booking has been successful or not, please allow at least
48 hours for a reply.
Please note that we may need to cancel
or reschedule your booking at short notice due to church events such as
funerals. We will do our best to keep your booking but will inform
you as soon as possible if there are any changes required.
The charges set, as off September
2017, are as follows:
£50 for the Brann Memorial Hall and Coulter Hall for up to 2 hours
£30 for the Coulter Hall or Boyd Room for up to 2 hours
With an additional charge of £10 per hour thereafter
Fees include the use of the kitchen and facilities
